SHIPPING POLICY

We fulfill both domestic and international orders through trusted courier service providers.
As a custom-manufacturing brand, production begins only after order confirmation.
Delivery typically takes approximately 4 weeks.

Some items may be marked as “Ready to Ship” – this will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages.
If a ready-to-ship product is ordered alone or along with other ready-to-ship items, it will be dispatched within 1 week.
However, if it is ordered along with made-to-order pieces, the entire order will follow the standard delivery timeline.

Shipment tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.
Please note: Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded from business day calculations.

Domestic Shipping (within India):

  • Free shipping for orders above ₹5,000.
  • A standard charge of ₹150 is applicable for orders below this amount.

International Shipping:

  • Free shipping for orders above ₹25,000.
  • A standard fee of ₹3,200 applies to orders below this threshold.
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Tracking & Address Modifications

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking reference and a link to monitor delivery status.
  • If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Delivery Complications

  • We work with external logistics providers to ensure timely delivery, but Baraamda cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers.
  • If a package arrives damaged:
    1. Refuse to accept the delivery.
    2. Take clear photographs of the damaged parcel.
    3. Contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.
  • For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping items back to our warehouse.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement, as production starts shortly thereafter.
