RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
At Baraamda, we make our products with love and dedication. All garments are handembroidered. As we are a made-to-order label, garments are tailored specifically to your size,
and therefore, returns are not accepted
However, under the following scenarios, it is possible to exchange the item(s) ordered:
- Refunds apply only to the product cost; Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided for sale-priced, customized products, or items purchased during pop-ups or exhibitions.
- Products will only be exchanged if:
- You received an incorrect product.
- There is a genuine defect caused during production or handling.
- The product has not been worn or used and shows no signs of damage.
- The desired exchange product is available in stock.
- Products with minor irregularities due to handloom techniques are not eligible for return or exchange, as these are inherent characteristics of handcrafted goods.
- To claim any physical damage or missing item, an unboxing video of the package is required. The video must be recorded before opening the courier seal, clearly showing the original condition of the product.
- Claims without video proof will not be entertained.
- The cost of returning the product is to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Baraamda is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit.
- To initiate a return/exchange, please write to us at orders@baraamda.co. Ensure that the product is returned only to the address provided by us via email.
- In cases where a return is accepted, we issue store credit only. Refunds in cash or to the original payment method are not available.
- Please note: A flat charge of ₹200 will be deducted from the store credit amount to cover shipping and logistical expenses.
- The store credit can be used on checkout during your next purchase or for gifting.
- Store credit will be sent to your email address once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition.
- If the returned product is damaged or not eligible, it will be shipped back to you in the same condition.
