RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Baraamda, we make products with love & dedication. All garments are hand made / hand
embroidered. As we are a made-to-order label and the garments are made specific to your size,
accepting returns is not possible.
However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the item(s) ordered:
 Refunds apply only to the product cost; shipping charges are non-refundable.
 No refunds for sale-priced or customized products or anything bought in pop
ups/exhibitions.
 Products will only be exchanged if:
 You received an incorrect product.
 There is a genuine defect caused during production or handling.
 The product has not been worn or used and shows no signs of damage.
 The desired exchange product is available in stock.
Products with minor irregularities due to handloom techniques are not eligible for returns
or exchanges, as these are inherent to handcrafted goods.
 Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or
missing product. Make sure to record the video before opening the courier seal, so that it
shows the true status of the products. Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective
products will only be accepted with the valid video proof.
 The cost of shipping back is borne by you, the buyer. We suggest that the shipping be done
with a tracking option because Baraamda will not be liable for any damages and loss that
occur while the goods are being returned.
 To process your return, please write to us on _____________. Make sure the products are
returned to the address given via email.
 In cases where a return is possible, we only give store credit. Refund is not an option. Please
note that Rs. 200 will be deducted for all exchanges/returns to account for our shipping and
logistical expenses.
The store credit can be used on checkout during your next purchase or for gifting.
 Store credit will be given to you on your email as soon as we receive the product in its
actual condition. If the product was damaged or not valid for return, it will be sent back to
you in the same condition.
For refunds/exchanges, share an unboxing video of the product and defects immediately upon
opening the packaging. Approval will be granted only after a thorough inspection upon receiving the
returned product. Baraamda reserves the right to accept or reject any return or exchange request.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Order once in
production, cannot be cancelled!

During Sale-
 We usually include select products on sale-both online and in store.
 We do our best to ship every product after all quality checks. Unless a
wrong/broken/damaged/poor condition piece has been shipped to the customer, we,
unfortunately, do not accept the exchange or return of discounted products.
 In case of any discrepancy in the pricing of a discounted product on account of human error,
the amount that appears in the system will be deemed final.
 We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any order due to
shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non
availability of goods.
 We try our best to fulfil every order. In case a product in our inventory does not meet our
quality check, we may have to cancel the order.
 Accounting and encashment of credit notes would make those orders ineligible for any
further exchanges or refunds.
 All Duties & Taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping
destination and will be borne by the customer.
 All T&Cs mentioned here are over and above our standard T&Cs.

RIGHT TO CHANGE

BARAAMDA reserves the sole right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any
time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and
Conditions every time you purchase products from us or use our website.

  1. Gift Cards can be redeemed online at __________
  2. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  3. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.
  4. Gift Cards will expire after 1 year from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter.
  5. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
  6. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards.

Gift Card number is confidential. In the event of any misuse of Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, BARAAMDA shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued.

  1. Validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended, new Gift Cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards.
  2. Gift Cards are a Prepaid Instrument subjected to regulations by the Reserve Bank of India. BARAAMDA will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities.
  3. A Gift card once purchased cannot be cancelled and no refund is applicable.
  4. A Gift Card purchased in INR cannot be converted to USD and vice versa.
